How do I register?
Registration is always free. Later, in case you are satisfied with the service, you will be able to upgrade to a subscription formula for more storage capacity or additional functionalities. You can cancel or change your formula at any time. The 'Free' formula is not limited in time and there is no advertising. Important: when a 'Free' account is not used for 60 days, it will be removed automatically. Paid accounts are never removed automatically.
Is this a long-term commitment?
No. You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email with your username to our support. You will receive a confirmation email saying that your account is switched back to the 'Free' subscription or that your account has been cancelled if this is what you wished. The payment of subscriptions is made in advance. This means that the prepaid period will not be refunded. Subscriptions paid with credit card are automatically renewed 10 days before expiry date.
Which payment means do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or Bitcoin.
Can I change my subscription easily?
Yes. And it is really easy. Once you are connected, select Subscriptions in the Account menu.
What are the terms of use?
Our terms and conditions are available here. We take great care in making sure that your personal life is protected. Your data will not be forwarded to anyone except in case of a legal injunction. You will not receive any commercial messages from us with the exception of an occasional newsletter to keep you informed about the evolutions of our service.
